Questions about whats happening with my jars

I'm using BRF PF-TEK for B+ and it's been around a month.
I started with 7 jars, 2 468 ml 2 425 ml 3 284 ml half pints
lost 2 due to mold (greenie meanie)
I birthed one a few days ago and got 30-60g yield completely healthy, it's currently dunking. (pint) I sliced the other into wafers for an ongoing wafer-TEK (pinning) using sterilised verm and BRF to 'case' (I know I should get coir and/or pastuerize but i'm just using what I have.
And the jars I have left are REALLY slowly colonising but with pinning (30%-40%) and I am wondering if there is anything wrong with them.
Cheers for any advice
TLDR: Please check my pictures and tell me what I should do with these slow colonisers with pins.

The pictures do not show them in a good light, a lot of what might look like bacterial infection is a sticky residue on the outside from a previous wrapper, cheers for the input though, just wondering if the worst case scenario plays out if there is any way to salvage it.
Just because I have seen people say that birthing bacteria infected cakes still yield fruit.

I suggest working on your sterile procedure. If you get that down you will have a lot less contamination.

Cheers man, I don't own a PC atm so I used a pot and I guess I must have did it wrong or something, I will use a crock pot instead it seems to trap the moisture in.

Some are only around 40-60% with pins, do I just birth them with the colonised amount as is?
I'm just wondering if the moisture from the substrate left because it took so long to colonise and that caused pinning.
The alternative is bacterial infection but I see no huge amount of myc piss (metabolites) fighting off any known infection. They are still colonising every day just very slowly so it seems unlikely if that's the case.
the aerial mycelium looks as if it is getting starved of oxygen, or is that just rhizomorphic growth looking elsewhere for moisture as it's gone from the rest.
Hope RR comes to save the day, I am at a crossroads on whether I should birth them as they are separately (60% colonised max), or keep them as they are and let the pins that are growing go invitro and wait another week for birth?
Cheers for the feedback anyway much appreciated, good vibes

Well you are gonna be waiting a while for RR to answer your question... Truth is cronicr up there told you exactly what the situation is, like... Without a shadow of a doubt those are bacterial... Contamination will cause early pinning... Its the mushrooms last ditch effort to try and drop some spores in hopes of survival... I would birth them, wash off all of the uncolonized parts and get what you can man.

Cheers man appreciate the feedback will birth in 3 separate FC's and attempt to salvage what I can. At least I have 2 healthy cakes that will supply some more spores so I can ammend my mistakes from last time. Peace .

I got to ask you a question... What made you accept my advice over someone who has been a member for 5 years, has 50,000 posts, is a trusted cultivator, as well as a mod? I'm just curious because it happens here a lot...

I'm not taking your advice over his, he says that I should start more but I could get a few out of it (albeit not pretty) so I'm taking both . I agree it's bacterial and I'm gonna try and see what I can get out of them before I start more.
I guess someone will always go for the hopeful option in any situation.
unless it's mold. Fuck mold. I'm willing to take anyone's advice on this site with experience since I'm totally new to mycology.
Just need to go through the steps of taking a spore print and making it into a syringe. One more question, should I attempt to dunk the cakes or just try to get a flush out of the existing moisture?

If anyone is interested I will be posting any possible fruits I'll get out of the bacterial contaminated cakes and my set up for them for future reference.
Here are them dunking.

You can clearly see the areas on the cakes where it hasn't colonised the substrate fully, still hoping to get maybe 1 flush off each.

early fruiting and uncolonized areas? obvious bacteria. but thats already been said (:
good luck with what youre doing there. i hope you carefully removed as much of the bacterial bit if youre planning to fruit it.

Yeah of course, no foul smell and I'll make final cuts after the dunk with a sterilised knife .

that is unnecessary. it wouldnt matter whether the knife is sterilized or not, considering you are doing all this in open air, for one. and secondly, fully colonized cakes are fairly contam resistant, which is why we do not birth/fruit in sterile conditions. thirdly,
you need to do a lot more reading and research. a lot. i cannot stress that enough. start out here.
and, again, good luck

Yeah I got most of it off, but it gets to a point where it feels like I might be cutting off some of the cake, but idk. I'll see tomorrow when I fruit them
