I microdose every 3 days with psilocybin and it has been a game changer for me. I combine it with meditation though. Usually .20 is all I need.
I wrote about my experiences here:

I hope you find contentment OP

No I don't hallucinate. Microdosing does a lot of things for me. On days that I am feeling anxious or down it makes me realize there is nothing to be upset about. It helps you realize what is important. Also other themes of microdosing for me is balance, moderation, and discipline. I have had a history of using weed or alcohol to mask things about my life I don't like, to indulge in substances that allow me to sweep negative aspects of my life under the rug. Mushrooms have also allowed me to forgive others that have caused great harm in my life. I juggle many hobbies and interests, at the same time trying to be a good husband, friend, companion, etc.. also while trying to excel at my job that I don't necessarily care for that much. I'm 27 and still unsure of what to do - which career path to take.
I do get a sense of well being from microdosing of course, but the euphoria is from multiple sources. I have a deep respect for mushrooms and I think that's important. Sometimes it helps to have a goal in mind before dosing, so you may tell yourself your going to focus on regret, why do you feel regret? What is the root of this regret? So you work it out internally and once the problem is resolved you get a sense of relief and happiness. I find myself getting emotional quickly on microdoses, and normally I don't at all. I would be the one guy standing in a crowd of sobbing people next to a dead loved one with a blank face. I internalize a lot of emotion. Mushrooms help me sweat it out, breathe it out, cry even. Not open mouth crying but just tears flowing down from my eyes. I have been moved to tears many times during meditation on a microdose just at the realization of beauty in places I would never think to look - but you'll never see me cry at a funeral.

When I used to take ~.2 grams dried cubensis I wouldn't be anywhere near tripping. I did notice I was a bit... dumber... or at least very carefree. Not enough to impair my driving or anything though. I wouldn't recommend you do it if you need to be 100% present, but a tiny dose like that won't make you too noticeably different.
