Hello everybody, happy to share my first successful cultivation of Ganoderma Lucidum, and more happy to use a local strain, cloned from a nice oak 15 steps from my bed, next to my oyster fructification room like you can see:

I have 16 jars well colonized of sterilized oak and eucalyptus sawdust, size medium (quart) to medium fat (1500-1700ml), inoculated in my hepa filter on April 27 with top inoculation technique; fast colonization but slow in fruit develop (duh! for me). Today only 4 jars are bearing fruit, others not yet but the movie is beginning. Check the misting humidifier, works very well in the fructification chamber:

This are the medium-fat jars, 1500-1700ml, the first of the first, the magnanimous:

Now the tree mosqueters, two fructifying and the third probably will fail because too many water accumulated at the bottom made a difficult process and the top was invaded with trichoderma; I remembered a tip from other guy in shroomery, saying that he used a lighter to flame the surface and kill the molds, and that´s the result, a Gano-terminator or Chucky flamed jar like the horror movie:

Update in 10 days.

Hello everybody. Antlers are running, I guess they mean that oxygen levels are good right? The Terminator bottle is out, this mushroom grow too slow just for wait to see what happen. This is the family, 5 bottles. I guess everything is ok and just have to wait for the others, but this ones looks good:

So, this is what you call Antlers; I think this one is starting to develop something else on its head:

And this one are the biggers:

First of this guys appear some days after last post:

We made the procedure in the laboratories of mi local university because I don´t have enough experience, but these guys just put some small tissues on agar dishes and mycelium bloom. You will need an strong tool, simple scalpel is not enough.
