Old men? Disgusting.
You linked the thumbnail of the image rather than the zoomable version so I can't quite tell. If it smells bad and it looks as voluminous as it does at that angle then get rid of it, surely some kind of mold. Definitely toss.

Interesting thing is that doing exactly this keeps you from growing old, or at least feeling or acting old. Stagnation promotes aging in an unhealthy way.
And, it's hard to tell what's up with in the little picture but it definitely should not smell like that!

Since y'all been talking about it, I thought you may be interested in knowing what causes "old people smell"
Nonenal production is a natural by-product of the aging process. Caused by the deterioration of the skin's antioxidant defenses, Nonenal production usually begins around age 40 in both men and women, and may be exacerbated by hormonal changes such as menopause.
As the skin grows weaker, its natural oils become oxidized more quickly; this is caused by fatty acids, which are secreted by the sebaceous glands and react to the oxygen in the air to form Nonenal. Because it isn't water soluble, Nonenal can remain on the skin despite washing, even remaining after intense scrubbing. Therefore, the smell caused by Nonenal persists, even in extremely clean environments.

Maybe you should try this, wash it dunk it spray it! Works for old people..
"Treatment of Odors Associated with Aging
Washing: As many elderly people don’t go out as often as they used to, some let their personal hygiene habits lapse a bit, but because of the increased changes in the skin, mouth and hormone levels, it is important for elderly people to remain vigilant about frequent washing and use of soap. Assistance with personal hygiene may be necessary, especially when urination and defecation become problematic.
Drinking more water: Drinking water can help with the breath problems associated with lower saliva production and can also help flush out any toxins from the skin that are causing odors. Hydrating the skin makes it more supple, so the pores containing the fats that become "old person smell" can be more easily cleansed. Drinking water also rinses food particles off the tongue and gums and in between the teeth.
Deodorant Spray: It is used by spraying the air, bed linens and clothes of an elderly person."
And before Inocuole rips me a new one, I'm j/k don't try that... unless your old and smell.
