Glass stash jar for small amounts of powder?

hi, i'm getting tired of always having powdered drugs in baggys.. I don't like plastic really, glass seems like it'd better protect against oxidative damgage.
What i'm looking for ideally would be a Miniature glass kilner jar (canning jar) but seriously tiny - big enough for a couple of grams e.t.c.. there must be something like this used regularly in laboratories.. Has anyone found anything that might be suitable?
thanks, B

Silicon hash containers
I dont use any powder substances but some of those containers seem pretty convenient

What kind of powders are we talking? Phenethylamines (like MDMA) really don't degrade unless they are getting wet from you dipping your finger into it and stuff.
I have stuff in the small zipped baggies, and then vacuum sealed with a desiccant pouch for really long term storage stuff.

Vials or look around for one of those food gift sets. They usually have a couple of tiny jarred preserves in a glass jar that would hold a gram or two of bud (not sure how much that would translate to in powder).

thanks for all the replies. I meant to post a link with the original post, it was indeed vials i was thinking of. They don't seem to be airtight though, do you think they would be suitable for storing something a bit more volatile than mdma such as dmt et.c.?
i'm sure Mylar bags, with desiccants would be ideal for long-term storage. Hoping these vials would provide a medium term solution?

I keep DMT in vials like that. They have caps on them. I have had zero issues with storage over a year.

If storing for a while, use silica pouches to reduce moisture.

I also recommend a dark(brown is best I believe) tinted vial vs. clear.

What you need are 1 dram (4ml) or 2 dram (8ml) Lab Vials

Made of sturdy temperature resistant borosilicate glass these are excellent to put in the freezer, in a baggie containing a piece of paper containing, written in pencil so it doesnt fade, a Harmful symbol:

so your intoxicated mind knows to WATCH OUT on the redose, the name of the substance and the dose range and date of procurement.
The 2 dram vials are best as you can fit 3-5 grams in them yet they are small enough to hold a gram well.
Simply dose with a tiny screwdriver as a spatula upon your milligram scale.
Buy 100 lab vials and no matter how rabid a RC collector you are you'll never run out of vials. Lab vials tend to have a significant discount when you buy 100 anyway.

Thanks Asante, that's some sound advice. I ordered early this morning - they're not borosilicate (didn't realize till i'd placed the order) They do however have a food safe, bpa-free cap,.. which has gotta be a plus? they're 1 dram, and 1/2 dram !!
Asides from being able to freeze them, do borosilicate glass vials offer any advantage? - oh i got clear vials as that's all i could find at the size for the price, i intend to keep them in the dark however.
All the laboratory stores, had a weird system where you 'request a quote'.... do they just deal with laboratories e.t.c?
Here's the ones i bought: http://www.ampulla.co.uk/product.asp?strParents=169,225&CAT_ID=225&P_ID=1664

Modern glass is quite good, even disposable beer bottles are top notch glass nowadays. Borosilicate glass is the preferred glass for lab use as its got such high quality tolerances, but any ole dram vial should be good. A 1/2 dram vial should fit 0.5-1 gram snugly, depending on how fine the powder is.
Lab stores generally want to prevent their gear to end up in criminal hands, but vials are not a high priority, its more for synthesis specific lab glass such as reflux condensers that they have such a system.
If you like lab stories from a bygone era of DIY, I can highly recommend this downloadable book Excuse me Sir, would you like to buy a kilo of Isopropyl Bromide?
