That's what I have always done. It seems to work, but water quality may differ over there. Not that I'm saying our tap water is great though. I only do it because I have no access to rain water.

Tap water here is full of minerals. Its hard water. Ill just by RO water and adjust from that.

The tap water over here also has a high mineral content. Here's a very tall Erythroxylum coca tree I saw again at the botanical gardens:

Amazing! My local botanical garden used to have one almost as big until last year when some fuckers came and fucking raped the plant. They cut it back to like 50cm tall... Now they don't label it anymore

My longterm hope for the coca is just what my kratom growing is. Eventually get them all in ground or 30gallon cattle feed tubs and each winter wrap the trunks with insulation and on exceptional cold nights put a radiant heater next to them. But eventually I plan to 'heat trace' which is wrapping an insulated wire around the trunks and engerzie it. The wire functions as a resistor and gets warm as the electricity flows.
Trees die back to stumps but explode with growth each spring.

Man i dont know if coca would work like that. Kratom yeah but erythroxylum has been tricky. Novogranatense at least.

Should I be adjusting my water pH? I've just been buying and using distilled water, like I do for my kratom...

I haven't been, but mostly because I've been concerned about burning my seedlings. They are on their third set of true leaves now.
When do you start feeding?
I also have them in coco coir, but am planning on transplanting to Foxfarm OF. I imagine they're probably ready for that now?

Id adjust accordingly. And you can feed them quarter strength or use slow release like i do.

I only really starting adding nutes at 1/4 strength once they got about 6 months old. Mine have been in coir from day one still loving it after 4 years. If you dont use tap water with nutes get some rain water. Coir has no nutes, neither does distilled water your plants are super hungry and will grow like fuck soon as you feed them, get the water down to about Ph 5 ish and they gobble it up.

So you think if I transplanted mine to some Foxfarm OF it would burn the crap out of them? Or maybe I should cut the foxfarm OF 50/50 with some coir...

I cut my potting soil with coir and perlite.i use ecoscraps soil cause it doesnt contain peat moss. Im sure you could use foxfarms or any other commercial soil.

I haven’t checked the pH of my runoff all summer, I probably should just for reference. I do occasionally add a liquid iron supplement when I fertilize which is very acidic. I’ll do that when the leaves are more yellow than I’d like them to be. My plants always respond with a flush of flowers, which is happening now. Today I noticed a Bumble Bee that was OCD about visiting as many flowers as he possibly could. I’ve never noticed any pollinators on my coca before, and I’ve even moved them next to flowering plants in my yard. I guess it’s short lived when it does happen, all of those flowers just opened up in the last day or two. Hopefully I’ll get a bunch of berries, and they will mature and drop on the floor after I bring them inside for the winter.
