If you see leaves going limp, try putting a plastic bag over the plant, with a rubberband securing it to the pot. They need more humidity. I've saved a plant that wilted to the point of laying flat on the soil surface by doing that. I propped it up also, to allow circulation.
The leaves drying out at the tips is a common thing with these, in my experience. I think it's also related to humidity. They really like humidity. I have repeatedly tried to harden them off to my dry climate, and have had little success.
I would also suggest taking measures to reduce drastic temperature fluctuations, even between day and night.

Some better images for you guys. I took one of a normal seedling for reference. It seems to have a stalk for each cotyledon... The cotyledons seem larger than normal also. I'm wondering if it was somehow damages before it fully sprouted, and made to split into two.

I believe Dbotany suggests you cultivate them at that temperature.

Thanks for the earlier info and that's awesome man @ the freak Hopefully it doesn't cost too much more energy fot the plant to develop through seedlinghood..
I put my new received berries under light for half the day and germination really seems to be booming now! Might need to refresh the sphagnum though - is it best to first wash it with peroxide in your opinion?
Got another of my 3 seedlings with limp top leaves I kind of doubt it's the dry air, it seems to be about 60% in both my growhouse and in another room under CFL where they stood. IDK what is so unstable about the conditions here, but I put the plants in my growhouse now under LED...
Hopefully that was not a terrible decision.. I just feel like under CFL the air was more sensitive to changes. Then again the inlet ventilation is just ambient air too.. Temperature does drop to 65F yea..
I can try putting them on a heating stone.. Will also resist and keep restraint with giving water, but will try to keep the air humid and maybe the leaves moist.

I usually spray the berries down with peroxide, and then rinse them off. I've done the same with the sphagnum. I don't know if there is any benefit to doing so, but I've done it, with success. I wouldn't probably leave them in peroxide though.
I think more than anything, as far as temperature, you want to avoid drastic shifts (like +/-10F degree shifts, maybe even smaller increments). I would highly suggest you put a bag over those plants, and seal it against the pot with a rubberband for at least a day. Do it with one, and see how it works. I've done it before and saved plants that way.
I'm not the expert, but I've seen things go wrong a few times
