I'll second that. I recently rewatched all 9 seasons of The Office, it's hilarious.

I hate that RLS....does anyone have any remedies for him? Someone said potassium, I think....anyway, please chime in because that part of withdrawals is tough to get through.

Potassium helped with my leg cramps. Bananas, Kiwis, Coconut water are all high in potassium.

I would give Twin Peaks a shot. It's only 2 seasons, but man is it weird. Really hard to categorize that show.
Plus, David Bowie was in the movie....so that's cool.

I thought I had some, but I have magnesium, not potassium... I'll go grab a bottle.
Coconut water, tho? Think that'd provide enough?

Coconut water is a good idea in general. It has enough electrolytes going on that it can work as a substitute for Gatorade.

OK... I wonder, does Gatorade or coconut water have more potassium in it?

From what I just read, coconut water wins that by a fucking landslide.

Anyways.. Just checked the labels on all my juices I bought.. They're all packed full, plus the old lady always keeps a few cans of coconut water in the fridge.. So I'm gravy on that front.
Thanks, guys.

The Internet is crazy. I found a whole goddamned article on K in Gatorade.
http://www.livestrong.com/article/502971-can-gatorade-elevate-potassium-levels-in-the-blood/
Looks like there's not much & even skim milk beats it by 10x.

Doesn't take a lot. I use Zico Watermelon/Raspberry flavored simply because I fucking hate coconut. I hate cramps worse though and I'm getting used to the taste. A 14oz bottle of that provides 18% of your daily needs so 1 or 2 bottles daily fills in the gaps nicely.
Kiwi works but I'm bad at keeping fruit on hand. Did you know you can eat the rind on Kiwi?

If you have other juices with potassium, please share them.
