I found these little fellas growing in a garden in Hertfordshire, UK yesterday. I know its early in the year for liberty caps but they really do look like them to me and its been raining and feeling like autumn a lot recently so maybe they could be? Just a bit worried because I've been looking at c. tenera and I can't really tell the difference between them and liberty caps. Maybe I'm missing something obvious but I've been coming on shroomery for years and you guys all seem really knowledgable so I registered to come and ask.
Attaching some pics.
I did a spore print after theyd been drying for a little while because I had to rush off after I picked them but I got a little bit of one, think it looks purple (currently trying to get this picture off my phone!)
Dark brown gills.
All pretty small caps, up to maybe just over a cm when picked.
Growing in the middle of the grass, quite a nice big garden. Been raining lots.

This was all yesterday and they've dried now so not sure how helpful pics of them now would be as theyve all shrunk and gone dry-ish

Are you certain? There were definitely some of those growing as well but I thought they all had to have the band around them? All the caps on mine were one colour.
Is there any chance they could be something that would cause my untimely death?
Cheers
