prepairing a sterile mixing vessel for spore water

One thing really bothering me is that i need to use my pressure cooker every single time i want to make a spore syringe, to prepare water and a sterile little beaker, or, a time ago, shot glass, to hold water for making a spore syringe.
Now, thing is, the water will keep, clean water will stay clean for quite some time and jars can always go under the UV light if im unsure, but the vessels cant, i cant even store them because they are going to be perpetually wet comming out of the pressure cooker wrapped in foil. Wet = bacteria have free movement along all surfaces, which is fine in the moment, but not for a whole week.
Is there some other way i can prepare some vessel or another to make spore syringes with? something i can store away for a while, possibly making it worthwhile should i feel like just making even a single 5ml syringe.
I wouldnt trust just a UV light, and im unsure about various chemicals i could use for sterilization. Im also unsure about boiling.
I wouldnt mind pressure cooking these beakers if i could do 5 or so of them at a time and seal them away safely for future use. Any ideas? would it benefit at all to use test tubes, of which i have plenty around also.

Just make a mason jar of spore solution so you can suck up a syringe when you need. Or make 20 syringes at once which should last you a few years. Or steam sterilize is just fine. You don't have to use a pressure cooker for plastic, glass, rubber, or water just wrap in foil and steam the syringes and jars the same way you do the PF TEK for 20-30m (15m in a PC)

I think the best answer your question you be best off pressure cooker you shot glass and other things in a sealed glass jar that way its not wet nor with time interfere with comtam risk until you want to use it.

Problem no1 is thinking you need that many syringes when you already have a pressure cooker

That many? I dont think i understand what you are saying. I want to make 1 syringe, or have the option to make multiple strains into syringes freely, really to go on a whim.
Im saying i dont want to have to pressure cook something every single time i want to make a syringe.
That jar idea, would that actually work? I thought the steam has to get all up in there or something, wouldnt the jar protect vessel? although with the lid cracked open even if water gets in there, it can be closed right after and the contents would be sterile for a very long time. Though now that i think about it, a better idea would be to buy very small jars and use those instead, that way i can pre-cook the water too, more reliable than big central jar of water, easier to UV sterilize too. Thanks tump
Larger sealed jars have a worser tendancy to suck in air when you open them since the air was displaced by steam, or contracted as it cooled. Through this ive gotten a contamination before.
I gotta ask though since the same problem presents here, what happens when you pressure cook a sealed jar? is the pressure at all neccesary? or is that just to get the required heat applied evenly? Asuming the jar pressure remains constant, thars still sterile as though it were opened or the pressure allowed to equalize right? Im really excited here, this will make it much easier to make syringes freely

You shouldn't seal a jar when the contents are still hot. Wait for it to cool before tightening the lid, either in a SAB or your PC. Sealing a hot jar will create a vacuum, making it suck in air the second you open it. And no, don't put sealed jars in a PC, the pressure differential can make your jars crack. Also, if your lids have filters, sealing them for a PC cycle will force all the air to pass through your GE hole and filter, which can compromise your filters.

You can find syringes at your local farm and feed supply store. Many farmers use them for hormones, vitamins, and supplements for farm animals and they are cheap.
Buy a few and sterilize them all at once in a jar with a filtered lid. Keep unused ones in the jar until needed.

never had issues before from not making all my PF jars tight, filters always held up, hell i have jars after a month that are still ok even though they havent had any growth.
Anyway, thats a real game changer for me, that the pressure is irrelavent its purely the heat i need for sterilization. Im talking though about little 100ml or 50ml type honey jars or anchovy jars, small ones y'know.
