ID Request. SE QLD
    #23392833 - 06/29/16 01:06 AM (7 years, 6 months ago)

Habitat: Found these in a local bushland conserve, amongst small shrubbery, beneath trees, basically beside the walking path, South East Queensland

Bruising:
When squeezing the stems, they just seemed to go a darker colour, couldn't notice any blue tinges.

Working on getting spore prints at the moment and will update when they are done if required.

At first I thought that I had gotten lucky, but after closer inspection I wonder I've picked a whole heap of Cortinarius Sp.

Thanks in advance for your help

No not Cortinarius sp.

but Hypholoma sp..  but SE Qld is definitely an active area so keep an eye out, and double check your mixed collection just in case.

Thanks, do both the Hypholoma and the Psilocybe subaeruginosa share the same spore colours?
