Different ideal times of the year for different kinds of oysters

So I hope to grow some oyster mushrooms in the future and make a little money selling them. I would want to use the laundry basket and fruit the mushies outside like RR does in his video. I know different species of oysters prefer different temperatures so I was wondering what species enjoy warmer temps and which ones prefer colder? What times of the year are better for which types of mushrooms?

Thankyou! That is very helpful!
Are "warm blues" the same as blues?
Anyone know the temps for king oysters? Pearl oysters?

Kings want somewhere between 50-65 depending on the strain and how fast you'd like them to grow.

Kings and Pearls are for cooler weather. I have Pinks, Golds, and Pheonix that are doing great right now in these temps. Up to 30c during the day.
I also grabbed an Elm Oyster from the competition at Market today and it looks fresh so it must be a summer fruiter. I'll clone it and let ya know.

Thanks for the great responses and I'd love to see how those elms work out

I've had golden oysters fruit at varied conditions, outside. These images are about 12 months apart.
10°C - 70% Rh.

24°C - 40% Rh.

Its a strong strain.

Wow good to hear some of these strains don't have to have perfect temperatures. I must say, Golden Oysters sure do look beautiful. Nice grows
