I mean sure enough, but it's not like I saw the twin towers get hit and said I'll never go to New York again.

Yeah but there's been a lot of terrorist attacks in Turkey targeted at mainly tourists this year. Same goes for Egypt there was a hotel shooting not so long ago now every hotel in Cairo is full of guards with assault rifles

Yeah doesn't surprise me at all. Turkey has been volatile for a while. My last job I had a lot of coworkers who had to go over there on business, and shit was sketchy and volatile back then, and that was a few years ago.
This is terrible to hear but isn't a surprise in the slightest.

I thought Turkey was for ISIS. That's what Russia said. Apparently it's not true.
We now live in a world where even Russia cannot be trusted.

No, No, they're doing it all wrong. They're supposed to be killing whites so they can take the credit away from the hate crime label. They must have planned this attack before the memo went out.
Al Qaeda urges lone wolves to target whites, to avoid 'hate crime' label

In an article first reported by The Foreign Desk, Al Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) called for more self-directed Muslim terrorists to kill in America. But the article, titled “Inspire guide: Orlando operation,” tells terrorists to “avoid targeting places and crowds where minorities are generally found” because if gays or Latinos appear to be the targets, “the federal government will be the one taking full responsibility.”

Good point. Let's not forget a right wing fanatic assisnated a pro-remain politician in Britain last week
Mulsims and Right wing fanatics are the scum of the earth, I think we can all agree

(Cox had campaigned for the rights of Syrian refugees in her first year as an M.P., and was an advocate for Britain to remain in the E.U.; the man charged with her murder, Thomas Mair, is reported to have shouted “Britain first” as he attacked Cox, and gave his name in court as “death to traitors, freedom for Britain.”)

I guess you also forgot about Donald Trump and Ronald Reagan's Assassination attempt by radicals liberals (ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? YOU'RE A FUCKING WHITE MALE!!!11) or Trump protesters smashing up police cars and beat up their supporters for just wearing a Trump hat or forgot there's ISIS and Boko Haram to compare
I never seen any Trump supporters doing this at Hillary's or Bernie Sanders rallies yet there's a ton of them doing it to Trump's rallies in bigger numbers and more violent. Ok now you might be triggered and thinking "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!1"

Didn't Hillary say years ago she didn't want gay marriage legal? Now she is running for president she is saying she wants it but at the same time she is taking money from a dictatorship that executes gays

John Hinkley wanted to impress Jodi Foster. If ever there was an example of an apolitical assassination attempt, it would be Reagan's. Nice try tho.
The trump guy was British illegal. We need to ban white immigrants until we can sort out the process.
The trump protesters are pretty fucking nuts recently, I will admit. Bernie supporters have gotten a little unhinged. Time for him to go away, IMO.
You gotta admit that a guy yelling "Britain first" as he murders a pro-immigration politician is a pretty disturbing development for your country.

Turkey is not a safe tourist country at all for people from the west. Muslim countries are not safe for people from the west because of Islamic extremism, and lots of Islamic Extremism has been flowing into turkey, this is exactly why so many people are outraged and worried about the idea of Europe allowing Turkey into the EU. Turkey is too dangerous of a country to allow into the EU and a lot of people are saying that right now even before this attack.

Considering the fact that Turkey has a long border with Syria and Iraq, they've actually done a pretty good job of keeping the fighting out their territory. There are towns you can see from the Turkish side with active battles going on daily.
Turkey should not be in the EU. They don't have a stable government anymore. The current president is an authoritarian, thin skinned, egomaniac.
As for being dangerous for westerners, there really isn't much to worry about from the Turks themselves. My mother goes there every year and has had no problems. The nurder rate in turkey is half that of the US. Day to day violence is much worse in the US.
