I'm gonna be brewing some aya here in a week or so. Wanna make sure I prep it right as I don't have a ton of spare product. So here it is:
160 mg DMT
100-150 mg 5meo DMT (haven't weighed it but it looks about the same/maybe smaller)
3 oz mushrooms
10 g caapi
5 g rue
So... How do I add the DMT powder and make it work?
I was thinking either boil all of them together
Or
Boil the rue/caapi and capsulate the DMT. And eat the shrooms as is.
I'm making this for a couple friends of mine, I want to make sure they have a good experience, and that I brew it properly, I don't have DMT containing plants though. Is the ~250 mg of DMT + 5meodmt + shrooms gonna be enough for a good experience? I have a gram of DPT, I was thinking of adding a little, but I'm thinking the shrooms should be plenty enough for them.

Yeah, I've read ayahuasca being made with plant matter, but all I have is extracted DMT, and this trip is for a couple friends of mine (one of them is my tattoo artist, maybe I'll get free ink?) So I really want to make sure I do it correctly. Thanks for the good vibes though!
I'm really excited for them, and I'm hoping I can lead them on an amazing shamanic journey

Well, with the caapi and rue you already have the MAOI factor down for the DMT to be orally active so I'd imagine once the brew is cooled just adding the powder into it and mixing for a bit would be all that's needed.

That's what I'm hoping for, I gave some other friends 7 grams rue and 250 mg DMT to split between two people, and they said it didn't work to well, I think they tried the DMT too soon, and didn't give the rue time

Ive always wanted to try aya. A few friends and I are saving up for a trip to Peru to go on a retreat. Pretty excited about it.

None of the substances in this brew will have adverse effects with MAOIs as far as I know.

The drink is going to be split 2, possibly 3 ways. I think 100 mg 5meo is getting into the large range, so if I have 150 mg, should be two good doses or three ok doses, and adding the shrooms is to help it actually take effect since I don't have much DMT. I might add some dipt, since it was a good addition the last couple times

Oh man that is so misleading my apologies. I just mean that as "I have this much mushrooms at this moment" not "im doing all these the night i brew"
That would be way too strong. I feel the DiPT adds a weird alien dimension to sounds which just helps to dissolve reality and make it easier to fully immerse yourself.
But i totally get where you are coming from.
I guess the answer is basically because I like it and its fun.
But long answer would be something along the lines of im seeing the differences in realities, i can kind of relate it to a prism. When i take say dmt, i enter the reality prism through the dmt facet. When i use lsd, i use the lsd facet and see a different but similar reality. When i use lsdmt, i use the lsdmt facet, which is different yet again. Ive found quite a few totally amazing combinations of "facets" in this reality prism and ita fun figuring out differences and what feels good. Not all of them are amazing, but so far none has been a terrible let down (except 2cn. Im lookin at you! Lol)
