ID Royal National Park, NSW
    #23389767 - 06/28/16 01:26 AM (7 years, 8 months ago)

Habitat:
Royal National Park on a bush track running next to a creek/river. Most found in dead leaves and scrub. Lots of pines and eucalypts around.

Gills:

Stem:
Varying lengths/diameters, silvery white colour but bruise purple. Hollow

Cap:
Brown, varying conical and spherical based on age.

Spore print color:
In progress

Bruising:
Purple. From my experience all other actives have bruised blue. These ones show all other signs of being active except they're bruising purple instead which is my main reason for needing an ID.

They look like some type of cortinarius to me and are not active.

Had a peak at the spore prints and they're a rusty brown. Looks like I've been fooled by mother nature.
