Fats + stuff that dissolves in non-polar solvents for starters. (v/v separation)
Usual stuff :p Perhaps figuring out an A/B to get the right salts. But realistically, solvent affinities will get you most of the way without adding acid/bases especially if you dephosphorylate
From there you might want to use some reagents or TLC to try and figure out what else comes from the extraction.

There may have been contaminants in the sub. Even if it had fruited successfully.
No other concerns though.

Byproducts of contams perhaps, but no microbe will make it through that much processing with heat and solvents

I drank an extracted crumbled cake in a glass of whiskey once. I let it sit for about an hour, screened it and drank it.

I can almost taste it now. So not worth it.

I have a pint and a half jar of this alcohol solution in my freezer. Honestly, I've been afraid to try it. I made it with a bunch of Maz's I grew. They were great shrooms, but they made me really sick. My stomach was queasy for a few days after that trip. I have a really weak stomach.
OP - Do you live in a state where you can get real Everclear, or did you have to get the 151 proof Everclear? Did you use the tek on PF's really old website?

honestly it works pretty much as well with water although it doesn't keep. IME use something around 80 proof so you get a alcohol/water combo

I tried it with an 86% alcohol that I distilled myself but it was shit and it even tasted like it. I used it on PE fruits btw, extracting subs must be disgusting.

190 Everclear. 1 tsp was taken with cranberry juice, and another tsp 1 hour in. Things got a little weird and wavvy, not too intense. Just tasted like alcohol with cranberry.
