Pan Cyan-tiny white dots

I inoculated 5 jars from a spore syringe on 6-1 and 3 of them are almost fully colonized. I used manure, brf, and Vern as a substrate. I'm just wondering what these tiny white dots are in the mycelium. Hopefully not a contam. Thanks for reading

Why'd you throw manure in there?

Bc I read a tek that included manure in it and I planned of fruiting them in cake form but now I'm going to crumble to more manure in a tray when they're fully colonized. Any idea what the white dots are?

With manure in your jar, it's hard to say what those white dots are. It could just be the way mycelium is growing with the substrate Not to often people make cakes with manure in it, so it's hard to say. To add, you can fruit from just the cakes with the standard PF Tek/ BRF Recipe. No manure needed.
Do you have a link for that tek??

Thanks for the reply man, it's just some black kow manure I bought from the local hardware store and for the most part people say it'll do just fine. I might end up fruiting 2 or 3 of them directly off the cakes then spawn the other ones to bulk. This is my first grow and I really didn't do much research before buying the spore syringe and accidentally bought the pan cyans which are supposed to be a bit harder to grow, but I'm gunna give it my best shot! Yes the link to that tek is https://mycotek.org/index.php?threads/simple-pancake-tek.1089/#post19500

are you seeing the white spots in all the jars or just some?
that cake tek will work but it seems like most people do better starting out on grains and then spawning to a substrate that has manure(and straw)in it then mixing them and putting in trays with a layer around 1 1/2 inches deep. pans are a bit more of a challenge but the end result is far more rewarding. i'm a novice grower who is also trying to grow pans and in studying other peoples experience with them it seems like one of the most important things is to give them stable conditions. my first attempt was progressing along nicely until i had an unexpected temperature drop and the mycelium got shocked and never fully recovered. so far, my second attempt is doing well hopefully it will continue that way. if you do not achieve success on your first attempt do not get discouraged. just keep learning about the process and it will come to you. and get your post count up over ten. many of the most informative threads on this subject are in the grow log forum and you cannot access it if you have under ten posts.

I really... would not suggest using the regular PF tek recipe for pan cyans.

I agree if you are planning growing them cake style. If using as spawn, traditional brf cakes will work just fine for pans.
I have grown pan cakes using brf, verm, and manure before. They fruited ok. Not near as good as spawning into trays or an mono tub, but still easy and will work.

I am not sure about the white dots. It doesn't look good from the pic, but I could be wrong.
