The hell is in my jars

So I am preparing some spawn and I went to open some jars and found this.
I have no idea what it is apart from the yellow stuff which is some bacteria. The rest of blue staining stuff I don't know what it is.
I want to say bruising seeing as I had flipped these jars.
Jars have no weird smells.
Jars smell like sweet fresh mushies

There is no such thing as "slightly" if it's a sweet smell it is bacteria and it will contaminate the bulk...the smell of clean mycelium is unmistakable...
Rule of thumb... if you shake it and it recovers then it's good for use...test them like that first op.

Is it? I have never been able to sniff out a contam so far, not once. The only few times I did smell a contam is maybe a day before it reaches the surface of the bulk after spawning.

I know what the smell of fresh mycelium is like and this was it Other than that it was all visual
The colour was very blue. I had already shaken these jars at 30% and they recovered just fine. This must have occurred in the fridge.
I broke up the grains and opened it to smell and still had the same smell
No idea
