What should the general conditions be for fruiting a monotub?

So my substrate is 6 quarts of WBS, a brick of coir, and vermiculite (I followed Frank's tek).
My monotub is a clear 66 quart sterilite container, 1.5 inch holes near each latch stuffed with polyfil (loosely, according to my subjective definition), and two 1.5 inch holes on each long side 4 inches from the bottom and about 7 inches apart (with ironed polyfil filters).
The temperature is generally around 80 F and there is a window in the room so the monotub receives natural sunlight.
I let it colonize with duct tape on the holes for two weeks and it's now in fruiting conditions for about a week (with the polyfil).
I pretty much followed a couple of teks to a T so I guess the only thing I'm unsure about is air circulation. Where exactly should I place a fan from the monotub and how long should I have it on?

70-75F might serve better if possible.. You need to read the signs of the tub and the mycelium to decide if you even need a fan. Turning on a fan when it's not needed will ruin your grow.
Thing about ironed polyfill filters is, how do you dial them in tighter? Looser? So then they're exactly the perfect density for your environment, every time? Incredible if so, but doubtful.

Once you learn to read the tub you'll know whether you need tighter polyfill, looser polyfill, or a fan on. I end up removing the poly completely from the top holes sometimes as well. Easier and more controllable than turning on a fan 9 times out of 10, and in the end, achieve the same thing.

Point the fan at a wall, on the opposite side of room, set to low.
Run the fan 24/7 for constant air circulation within the grow room. This will create airflow with the tubs as well, usually boosting FAE.
Listen to Inoc though, tubs should be dialed in by eye. Depending on conditions, there can easily be enough ambient airflow in your room, sometimes a fan won't be needed or could cause your tubs to dry out.
