Spore solution on Agar

I have five agar plates and some multi-spore solution.
I was originally going to place one drop of solution in the middle of one plate, wait until it colonized, and transfer each sector to its own quart of grain. Then repeat this process with the other plates.
Now, I'm second guessing the original plan because I have done more research on agar work.
Can you all give me some suggestions given my situation?

get more plates. make a few with a drop of solution. transfer from those plates to new plates. do this as many times as it takes until you have a clean culture. general rule of thumb is that even if it looks clean, a plate made from spore syringe or print should be given at least 1 transfer to ensure it is clean, before putting it to grain. but honestly, you might need to do more than just 1 transfer to ensure a clean culture, considering prints and spore syringes are rarely clean.

when your plates germinate & grow to about the size of a dime make the transfers of only the best growth to new plates.
After those (1st transfer)grow out to dime size (about a week later) I'd do another set of transfers(2nd transfer) new plates (how ever many agar grain master jars you want to end up expanding(plus a few)).
using one plate --> one jar will reduce the risk of contamination, along with a few quick transfers from healthy growth .....

What I have done is : prepared 9 PDA plates. Inoculated 3 with 3 separate strains of cubes ( just a drop of MS syringe ). The 3 plates are now colonising. I will isolate and transfer a wedge from each plate onto another plate. So I will have 6 plates. ( 3 plates of master and 3 plates of a transfer ) I will store the master in the fridge for future. Wait until the 3 transfer plates colonise and then repeat the isolation and transferring steps. I will then put the 1st transferred plates into fridge. I will be left with 3 plates that have been transferred twice so the chance of a clean culture to work with is at its highest.
