ID Request Melbourne subs w/ reddish spots?

Habitat: Amongst damp tanbark in a reserve in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Gills: Tan/light brown.
Stem: White, thin (young) to thick (mature).
Cap: Caramel brown. Convex-umbonate.
Spore print color: Purple-dark brown/black.
Bruising: Slight blue brusing on some, questionable/not as obvious on others.
First major haul for the year and I'm 99% sure these as subs, but wouldn't mind confirmation. However I'm mainly posting this as a few of them had reddish-brown spots on them, which have become more obvious during the drying process and now a lot of them are showing these spots. Are these possibly signs of bacteria/contamination or is it nothing? Also blue bruising isn't super obvious on some and there may have been a couple of maggots among them, are these issues? Thanks!
And sorry about the quality of the photos. It was night time and I didn't take many at first as I was sure about the ID, but then the red spots had me concerned.

The spots could be spores dropped from some of the others. Your first pic shows a cap under other caps.

Ah that makes sense as the ones that were covered by other caps had red/black patches.
What about the maggots - could they be a health concern or would the drying process kill them all off and rid the mushrooms of anything nasty?

Pick the maggots you can see off, and make a tea with the shrooms rather than eating them dry. Should kill off nasties.
It's a bit gross but from drying in the past I've found dead maggots/insects on the paper i dry on lol, I'm guessing they crawl out when the water runs out.

Maggots will bug off when the mushrooms dry.
