SO Ive been recently hunting some good ol pan cyans in the wild...

Unsure where to put it(i dont wanna dry em) so I made this heatless cold extraction by fermenting the mushrooms. It takes just a day or two. Filtered and refrigerated or frozen afterwards.

I used water kefir juice for the 2nd ferment(you ferment muscovado sugar for the 1st ferment) and the results are extravagant!!

you may add citrus juices too for the 2nd ferment. I put in calamondin... faster and heavier onsets.

overfermented water kefir is literally a BOMB. It produces NATURAL CARBONATION. So it may EXPLODE. So make sure you burp your refrigerated kefir tea once a week maybe. Or since youre microdosing it and takes a sip every other day then you dont have to burp it.

here's the tek

You need:

mushrooms


water kefir juice brewed from tibicos grains (without the water kefir / tibicos GRAINS, you wont be able to pull this off)





citrus of your choice




its pretty simple.

Once you have the filtered water kefir juice(after a couple of days brewing), just mix in your citrus juice, and mushrooms in a bowl. You may also add GINGER to help with the taste and nausea.




Once mixed in, you may now put it in a GLASS bottle to ferment/extract the actives for a day or two. This is called the '2nd fermentation'. The first fermentation is when you make 'water kefir juice'.







after the 2nd fermentation, you may now filter out the mushrooms and other additives bits and bottle it up, add a bit of HONEY(this will add more 'flavor' to you brew and will also act as preservatives), refrigerate and you're done!



This is perfect for microdosing also.

tastes like water kefir. you may add lemon to make it more tolerable.

i dont have any problems with the taste. I love plain water kefir.

and since you have the psilocybin together with the probiotics bacteria and yeast, you get to naturally preserve the 'magic' as well.

you need tibicos (water kefir grains) first and foremost.

you ferment some muscovado sugar for you to have that same liquid where you will ferment the mushrooms.

first ferment lasts for about 3 days to a week.

then you filter out the tibicos grains and start a new batch.

the liquid filtrate will now then be used to do your mushroom brew. I like to rip the mushies in bits and pieces by hand.

the 2nd fermentation will last for 1-2 days.

filter out the mushroom solids, squeeze all the liquids out too. at this point you may add more water kefir juice from the filtered mushrooms to get all the goodies out.

when youre done, make sure you refrigerate your fermented mushroom tea for they will continue to ferment and be more on the sour side.

In all my years in the shroomery,
I think this is the greatest idea I may ever contribute to the community...

its pretty revolutionary if you ask me. It may take some time but its all worth it.

I hope you guys try this out because its very reliable, especially if you have that mushrooms thats lookin like you wont be able to dry in time.

I go to pretty trashy festivals from time to time and I like to be able to share my mushies around. The thing is dry they are sketchy as fuck so I have been making jars of honey to take. But of course that's waaaay sweet and sits pretty heavy with a lot of people. This seems like the solution. I could probably make it dank strong as well so a mouthful is enough to do the job. :sunny:

ye bro. just enough water kefir juice to submerge all the mushrooms and you get a killer suspension.

be warned though that a mouthful is all it takes...

hehehe. to combat the sourness you may still add honey just before you drink it to get it on the sweeter side.

add lots of lemon too.

thanks for the heads up.

at first I was very hesitant to do this cuz I was thinking psilocybin and psilocin would be broken down along with the process, now that we know they wont, theres a whole new frontier to explore! :smile:)

fresh from the fields. theyre still bubblin up as we speak. i think ill ferment these guys for maybe 2 days... :smile:)
