Bulk substrate comtamination

I discovered a contamination today in my bulk substrate. I've been busy lately and haven't checked it thoroughly or regularly lately. I also have a difficult time check it out sometimes through all the polyfil and condensation. And this first tote i didnt make a way to see through the top.
That being said, this is my first monotub grow, first bulk grow as well. Ive been feeling pretty good about it until today. this contamination must have been there a while, before pinning even because there doesnt seem to be any signs of growth in that area.
Id love input as to what I should do. I've been silently reading and learning for some time now but I have found i might not have this figured out yet.
My sub is coir, horse manure and verm, pasteurized in oven bags at 160 for one hour.
1 What sort of contamination is this? Was it from excessive moisture or a bacteria?
2 What now? leave it be? cut it out? harvest what is healthy? which all growth appears healthy... but is it safe?

Wow, that's a TON of polyfill. Monotubs normally have 4-6 holes. That thing's gotta be hard to dial in.
That's mold and bacteria together, it'd had to have had some warning signs prior to end up looking like that, chances are you just didn't think anything of it early on. Harvest everything, put the tub outside somewhere, trash it if you don't have a place. Mushrooms are safe, just not the substrate.

Thank you for the reply.
Is the fuzzy look on some of the mushrooms safe, and just caused by excessive moisture?

Thanks for the help Inocuole.
And thanks Warrior, even with the contam, im pretty happy about my first bulk from rye. 12 quart jars, 11 successful, only one not successful because it got missed in inoculation. so 11 for 11 really. ive done some kits before, but never so manually. its been fun. that was tote 1 of 4, it was a bulked a week before the rest. I had some rye jars do great fast, maybe i should have used those for g2g, but im thinking more about cloning and liquid culture next time.
i was thinking them clusters looked amazing, i can only imagine if i could have let that tote keep going. but 3 coming up, one put into fruiting today, and two real soon here.
