Guys, I have got to retire from the shroomery.
It has been good. Hope its okay to leave a note. I started posting here when I began having health problems, which eventually led to me dropping my job. My back went out, and it's no good for the kind of work I do, so in short I've had a lot of time on my hands lately. That's what brought me here.
No big deal, I am a lean and mean as I can be, but I have to focus more on my posture, and keep things moving more (as much as really relaxing). It is just too tempting to sit and ponder and debate at times, when I should really do more yoga and live closer to that way. I've gotta push more, and integrate more too, I think. In short though, I am taking a break for a while, and I know the way I am sure to do this is cast my wishes here to you all.
Yall pull me back into it hundreds of times, but I know you guys will hold me to this just as well. What is "it"? I think what we hold each other to, is to actually shoot for what we aim for. Let's not miss the most important part when we draw the bow. That to me has been the philosophical exhange in a way, even recognizing I am departing this, that we respect each other's independent ways to discuss only our "form". Today for me it is personal.
No doubt, in fact it is a strange way we share in this transmogrification or some morphology or metamorphasis. It is not always easy to know what it even means to "live by form", this excellent philosophy we share in, and beyond the form at the same time. Can we do this? I think of Nietzsche's usual heterodoxical words:
“To live alone one must be an animal or a god- says Aristotle. There is a third case:one must be both – a philosopher."
Anyway, I just didn't want to drop off without saying see ya, guys. I just wanted to share my appreciation for what we all do here, at the same time, as I have to go if that is something I can do. Ha, clearly, I was never to good at that. Well I am going to be less the philosopher probably. I have to admit it. I'll be shaving the philosopher's beard, cutting my hair, and maybe thriftily getting some less ragged clothes. If this is like philosophers have said, stepping out of a cave, I think it must have always been my own.

So you have dodgy back Kurt? Give Qigong a try. Will limber you up. All those elderly Chinese people can't be wrong. LOL in a local park there is a middle aged Chinese couple, male and female, who you see Qigonging around. One day I passed and saw they had both climbed into a tree. That made my day

Why don't you just learn to write posts in 10% of the words, that way
1) your back doesn't get sore from writing too long 2) your posts will make sense to the rest of us 3) we still get to have you around and enjoy your posts
Win-win-win right?

Look into Bikram yoga. This form of yoga has many benefits others don't. I found relief for my ailing back within 2 weeks.
All the best
