That's the first time I've ever seen Kevin  he even looks like a good soul. I bet if we got him stuffed and put a Santa outfit on him he'd make one righteous Christmas prop.

You're very beautiful by the way :peace:

How to get started in bulk:
Presto 23-Quart Pressure Cooker
BOD's Simple as FUCK Still Air Box
PastyWhyte's Easy Agar Tek
Munchauzen's Cultivation Video Series
How EvilMushroom666 Prepares His Grains (I use jars with Synthetic Filter Discs)
What is G2G? (Grain-to-Grain)
Damion5050's Coir Tek (I use 5.5 - 6 quarts of water instead of 4. Also ignore step 13 and ignore the monotub completely. The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary)
Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful)
Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

OMG he talked to me about that fucking day, time and time again. Now I get to see it. He fucking cherished that day with you. He fucking bragged about it. He was Downtown with you at THAT time, and he fucking appreciated it. You know?

I think he knew he was dying, and yet he continued to live here, online, on The Shroomery, here with us. I have plenty of reasons to think this. I may hold those thoughts 'till my own dying day.

I think that's just another level character with Zap he was literally the kind of guy who wouldn't tell you if he was dying because not even for a second did he want "pity" lol almost like social programs. God I loved talking polotics with that guy.

Awesome pic and back story yogabunny/rose

:happyheart:

It really was a special moment in time, for so many reasons. The last time I saw him in person. This grieving process has been hard, as I'm sure you can understand, given the mostly online nature of our friendships with zappa. Hard to accept he's not coming back.

Its hard to imagine such a harsh persona lay hidden behind those kind eyes. whatever pain brought it out, it must've been excruciating.

Surely you can understand the temptation to use the loose "anonymity" of a forum like this to tongue lash the shit out of all the "lazy naive kids being brainwashed by the liberal media", etc.  A guy like you stands for everything he supposedly despised if you took him at face value.  Clearly, he was a lot deeper than the personality he projected to the majority of people here.

Damn this is sad. I never interacted with ZappaisGod aside from a few political posts here and there, but I always appreciated his point of view and his insights. 6 or 7 years ago on the shroomery I thought he was an old curmudgeony asshole. Within the last year or so I've begun to see him as a man with far more wisdom and clarity of thought than I have.

This is a huge blow to the community. RIP ZappaisGod, and thank you for being true to yourself and never caving in the face of societal pressures. You were a true American, one of a kind, and a good person. The world needs more thinkers like ZappaisGod, if for nothing else than to challenge the current dominant modes of thinking.

Gonna take a while for me to get used to this zap-less world we now currently occupy.

I still expect him to pop in and give his two cents in threads.

Yeah dude same.

I'd never thought I would feel sooo sad about someone passing that I never met before IRL.

But I truly am.

This post right here made it hit home, he really never is coming back.
