Did you pick all those, or are they in a location which makes picking a bit to obvious?
I picked mushrooms for years which grew in disturbed habitats, and one of the habitats that would yield the most were neighborhoods which were recently developed, so would have to trek through peoples yards, grab what I could, and get out.
The few times people saw me picking in the their yards, I just explained what I was doing, and if I was bothering them I would gladly leave. I also had a camera with me at all times, and would show them my pictures, I only had one person call the cops on me out of the many years I picked.
I would bring scissors too, this will make harvesting much easier, no need to have all that mulch making a mess, just buy a small pair of scissors so it doesn't look like you're wandering around with a large knife.
But yeah, awesome find.

I seriously doubt that this is Psilocybe cubensis !!
Apart from growing like crazy in the the wrong habitat, your video clips clearly shows that almost all of them grows gregarious. And on your photos there's no bluing at all, even though you picked a hundred of them... And this is also the place with the "monster cubensis".
Am I the only one noticing all this!?
I think it's a Stropharia or Hypholoma.

look at the specimen laying on the table, below his pinky finger in the pic in the post above...i think i see bruising on the stipe where it was pinched pretty hard.
it's not hard to imagine that someone threw some manure in that mulch bed w/out breaking it up much or at all, and these clusters are growing from essentially dung piles cased in mulch and maybe some soil.
and in this pic

the one in the lower left looks like it has stem bruising.
he seems to dig these out of the mulch so maybe, for most of them, he's simply pushing a finger or three down into the mulch and prying them out?
and in this pic

look at the stipe of the specimen to the left of the centered cluster. spore deposits or bruising? also the stipe on the small one at the bottom of the cluster that is located right above the centerpiece cluster.
ETA: i think the bruising is getting obscured by the poor quality of the pics and possibly not occurring because of the way they're harvested. they were likely pretty wet when harvested as well since he's often been posting these after some pretty extreme flooding in Texas.
