Assuming you are doing brf you steam once for 90 min. That's all that's needed.

I'm doing brf jars and would 2 60 minute steams do the trick? If that's the case I can knock em up tonight. Not sure I watch a couple different 1 hour long how to grow videos plus countless others plus if been a ghost searching the forums for a month. I just started posting last night and I already feel at home

What tek are you following that says to do 60 mins spaced apart over days? The tek you should be following would tell you (as others have) that you want 90 mins 1 time. Follow these videos instead of what you are currently attempting: www.mushroomvideos.com Do not deviate from the tek or you are gonna have a bad time.

Lol I'm using an Android with really bad auto correct. If read a lot of tens and none of them have the same times plus all of them say to use a pc if also read through many forums on it. I've seen alotta different times for sterilizing the jars. My moisture content seems right but truly I have no experience.

Probably fractional sterilization, aka intermittent sterilization, aka Tyndallization. As Pasty said 90mins steaming is what is usually recommended for PF jars.
Tyndallization is not needed, the developer of the technique John Tyndall specifically warned against allowing 24hours between heating cycles, this seemingly got lost over time or transcribed wrongly and many text books instruct you to do exactly what he said will not work.
Many say Tyndallization does not work, but I have never once seen a failed attempt at it -I have never seen an actual attempt at it

Well I have 2 sets of 12 jars a week apart one has what I think to be alil growth they are both in seprate shelves not covered there is no air flow in the closet I have them in and they get a little light from the a ceiling light. I plan to get a tote with holes in the side of it and do some testing to make sure the humidity is right before I put them in there. I'm gonna use perlite for mosture. Do you guys think anything will go wrong?

Do not even bother testing the humidity. Just make a proper fruiting chamber and know it'll work because it's made correctly. Spending money on humidity gauges and shit is stuff that was discouraged years ago, let alone now..

So would this statement be true the basics are simple easy and almost fool proof as long as you read and follow with patiences how ever the advanced parts are harder but promising results right?

Hopefully you mean other subforums of this forum. I really don't recommend any other mushroom growing forums. If this is the first one you landed at, then good job, you won the lottery.
