Hey guys, I'm a total noob at mushrooms. I went for my first hunt today, parked my car at the bottom of Monda Road in Toolangi and walked to the summit of the mountain and back, only to find some mushrooms a couple of hundred metres from my car on the way back. By that time, my phone was dead so I didn't get a picture of where they were growing but I took some pics when I got home.
I've done a lot of research on subaeruginosa so I thought I'd be really sure when I found some but I'm not 100% sure with these ones. Any help identifying them would be much appreciated
I've attached photos of each mushroom but they all had the same features:
Habitat: High altitude. Growing in soil with lots of grass and woody debris.
Where does it grow? Toolangi State Forest (lots of mountain ash)
Gills: See photos
Stem: See photos
Cap: See photos
Spore print color: Photos coming soon
Bruising: dark

They do all look like P. subaeruginosa, but it can be difficult to identify the mushrooms with these kind of photo's. You want to try and post photo's like the first and last pics of mushroom # 2, so we can see the stem, gills and cap clearly. Also try take the pics under better lighting and get the pics in focus

They're all subs. Photos for 1 and 3 are a bit shabby, yes, but this request could be much worse.

Thanks signeg. I'll bear that in mind. I did try to cut them at the base but accidentally pulled a couple up in the process.
And thanks ent. I'll post some spore prints soon, just to be 100% sure

Ok, I've got the spore prints! They're all a purply-brown colour, which I understand is what you're looking for. I've put them into a spray bottle and will spray them in the garden in hopes that I will be able to grow my own subs.
Thanks for the help guys. You've both been really helpful and I can tell you both know your stuff. I can't wait to try these things tonight!

This one didn't drop spores because it's too small. I can see what you mean about picking babies :p
