ID please? All from Pine tree area
    #23368960 - 06/22/16 03:12 AM (7 years, 7 months ago)

Got some more pics of 2 I put up yesterday hoping they are clearer and better for ID plus 1 new one. The dark brown cap one has a really long stem maybe 6inches and has white gill and white spore print. The other one there literally hundreds off ranging in cap size from one inch to maybe 4 inches, caramel uniformed colour with white to beige stem and beige gills, cap is almost slippery like a slippery jack. The new one is huge! cap is almost shaggy like with white gills, white ring around stem. spore print underway.

# 1 - is probably a Xerula australis - "rooting shank"

# 2 - Maybe a Cortinarius species

# 3 - Macrolepiota clelandii

Awesome thanks Signeg! xerula australis is first one after checking xerula species, i'll have to look more into Cortinarius as there are heaps. and after looking at the two you suggested for last one i think its Macrolepiota clelandii. Thanks for your help.

You're welcome. You might want to wait for a TI to confirm

Heres a pic of a baby one i found one time -   They are pretty awesome looking.

Also a pic of a cool looking Xerula species, i can't remember what species but i think it must be a different one to Xerula australis the more common one.
