Separate the cap from the stem, place it gills down on a piece of white
paper or tinfoil, cover with a glass or cup and let sit 6 - 12 hours minimum.

Not harmful, but neither psychoactive or edible.

Those two pictures are the spore prints. Are they actived or non-activated? The spore print seems black colour to me.

Thank you for your help!

They seem to be a dark almost black brown color. The picture of the prints isn't very good, though.

If possible, take some more detailed close up shots of the spore prints.

Some of those look quite Black, which means that they're active ones. They're called Panaeolus cinctulus. Any Brown spore proints will be the inactive Panaeolus foenisecii.

This picture will help you tell the colour apart:

Both Pan Cinc and Pan Foes are edible. The former will make you trip, the latter will do nothing. Neither are poisonous.

Panaeolus foenisecii is inactive but edible if one chooses to do so for food purposes. There's better mushrooms to eat though.

Panaeolus cinctulus is active and safe to consume.

Active= Magic

Inactive= No magic
