ID please? All from Pine tree area
    #23365301 - 06/20/16 10:49 PM (7 years, 7 months ago)

Hi all, I have a few mushrooms i'm hoping people can identify for me. This is starting to get really addictive. Everyday finding new ones to learn about while looking for the ones already know.... Although no luck with the ones im hunting for yet. these were all found in pine needles with Amanita Muscaria and Milk Saffron Caps. All pics are shot of cap then gills of same mushroom, except last mushroom (the black cap one) i uploaded gills first then cap accidentally.
Thanks!

1- Russula species.
2.maybe a Psathyrella species.
3- It looks like the two caps are different species. The one on the right appears to be a Gymnopus so.
4- Entoloma probably.
It's way easier to ID mushrooms when you have clear pictures of the specimens from different angles, and you should always include the stems. It also makes it easier if you num the different species, or at least group pictures of.one kind together with space between the other species. Keep it up! It will only get better!

Thanks Ambc, there are 5 different types in pic, 1st pic one species has cap and gill shot in same pic. 2nd and 3rd pic are same. 4th and 5th the same, 6th and 7th the same, and last 2 the same. i'll look up the species you've suggested and see how I go. Thanks!

I'm not sure is they are the right ones as briefly searched through pics and couldn't match any. Maybe I just didn't search hard enough though. Spore prints are still going to.

Thanks Anglerfish, i'll look it up now. Spore print has come through on the black cap one (although now its a dark brown colour almost black. Spore print is white. And the third mushroom (4th and 5th pic) has rusty brown spore print. All the rest have no spore print yet
