Hellow fellow Shrooms, I decided to grow from scratch and utilize the PF Tek approach. This is the first time I have ever tried this and I think it's looking pretty good, but I'll let you guys be the judge of that.
I can't see any discoloration or anything that could be identified as a contamination. The mycelium, in my opinion, seems healthy. It's been colonizing now for ca. 9 days, how long do you think it needs before it is fully colonized. I'm using psilocybe cubes Cambodian strain as I've heard they grow relatively fast.
Will keep you guys updated.
Would much appreciate your opinion guys

Looks good, I'd say you have another week at least. Don't forget to allow the myc to consolidate for a week or so. I usually wait until I see hyphal knots before the dunk, roll, and fruiting process. They're gonna consolidate anyway.

Cheers! also, in one jar, two of the four inoculation points started growing mycelium. However, the mycelium hasn't produced nice strands like in the other inoculation points, but rather a bit more fluffy and seems to be growing slower. I'm not to sure what to do about it?? any ideas?

So....generally when the spores first germinate they form monocaryotic mycelium, which will eventually die on its own because it can't reproduce. When two different monocaryotic mycelium meet they can potentially "mate" with each other and will form dicaryotic mycelium which is capable of reproducing and will form rizomorphic growth. On Agar, when inoculated with multispore the growth is fluffy toward the center and as the different "strains" interact they start to show rizomorphic growth. So long story short I wouldn't worry as there are many different strains in your multispore culture and they are sure to interact with each other to form the growth you are expecting.
