cooking tommorrow

my goal is to make 2-3 tubs, fill up all 23+ quart jars and the 6 remaining spawn bags. I prepped tonight by soaking a brick of coir and adding about half a bag+ of verm in a bucket. In another bucket i poured about half a 10lb bag of bird seed to soak overnight. I also have 2 bags of cornmeal (one fine powder and one course flour).
I was wondering if i could make a spawnbag mix of the coir/verm + the cornmeals and birdseed. I might toss some birdseed in dry to absorb moisture. Is this a bad idea? Would spores catch to a mix like that or should i use spawn? Also was maybe using this mix in my jars. I have LC, but the mushroom i wanna grow is in spore and spawn form atm.. Ohh! and i got a petri dish of my Oakridge brownspore that i wanna grow and pass out. I should consider throwing that in a jar.
Im definitively using coir/verm mix as substrate for my tubs. So thats the first thing im cooking in the morning.
What you think? what should i do with what i have to work with? codename operation max capacity, lol

Holy crap dude. There are so many things wrong with this post. Half a bag of verm for 1 brick of coir? And dry wbs? First thing I'd do if I were you is to pick a tek that you like and follow it exactly as it says. Feel free to experiment AFTER you have an idea of how things work. Good luck and READ before you end up wasting a bunch of time and money and possibly give up this awesome hobby.

Not.
Inoculating grains with spores absolutely sucks compared to using clean, colonized agar wedges.
Where are you getting this false info you are spreading...lol.

Im broke and working with what i got. Thats why my forumla is a little wack. If it were up to me, id go to the farm store and get a 50lb bag of rye. I figure by addibg the cornmeal to the verm and coir, it be similar to the pf teks verm and Brf. Birdseed dry to help moisture content. My jars are all birdseed, not the mix. I just figured since mushrooms can grow on all the stuff i have that i just mix everything and use what i got. Alot of it is cooked and ill let you guys know if it works

I hydrated the grains I sterilized with the sub mix.
