I lived in the Antellope Valley my whole life (22 yrs). A lot of people don't know that percentage wise California has the most impurity out of most states in America. Specifically SoCal. However I have NEVER gotten used to some places with drinking fountains mainly in LA

lately I've been filling up spring water by the jug and bringing that home though. It's next level man. the living water is so bomb
You guys drink tap water?
Yeah britas hardly do jack shit... they definitely don't remove fluoride... or chlorine I don't think. To remove fluoride you need a filter that costs like $200-300+ from what I've seen I eventually want to get a high quality whole house filter system but those are $$$$$$$$ for a good one.
We get most of all of our water from this "alkaline water" place like a block away from our pad. Just bring our 3 & 5 gallon glass containers there and fill up.. it's like 75 cents a gallon or some shit and the purest best tasting water short of some crystal clear natural spring. They have like a 7 stage filtering system, reverse osmosis being the last one and the water is alkaline-ized, not sure how.

they should have started building those desalination plants 15 years ago befoe the drought started, of course if they had them they'd be paying more than the cost of gas for water. again, it serves them right
And meanwhile Nestle continues to pump 80+ million gallons of water a year out of our aquifers to sell
dont blame nestle, 80 million gallons isnt that much water in relation to what piss poor water management by the state has used up

It's a lot fucking cheaper than the bottled water at the store, which is basically tap water. Not sure how that's ignorant. I sure can't afford a $10,000 filter system.
