Anybody grew Nepenthese from tissue culture?

So i received my tissue culture like 6 weeks ago or something, i transplanted them in normal small pot with peat moss/perlite/cococoir mixture, and covered in a plastic baggie
They were doing relatively good, until some leaves started rotting, from 3 plants i am now with 1, that is rotting at some leaves which i cut, the new leaves are nice and green.
I replanted it with more perlite cus it seemed very damp and tight (keep in mind i didn't water it much with distilled water)
So i added more perlite just now, and made it abit more "spacey" for the roots, hopefully it all goes good, please inform me if i did anything wrong, or if you got any tips for me, thanks guys.
And hopefully this fella survives

If by nepenthese your talking about the carnivorous plants, no ive never had one. I have however grown other pitcher plants and VFT, sundews from seeds. It can be rather difficult, especially with sundews. If by tissue cultures you mean cuttings, just like all cuttings, put that shit in the dirt and make sure the dirt doesnt dry. I dont think you need perlite or coir. I used 100% sphangum moss. Also, the sphangum moss from lowes and ace is very spongy and spacey. Peat is more compact and decomposed. I'd imagine something similar to a fruiting chamber for mushrooms might work well. Dont quote me now, im not an expert. You should go ask this question at terra forums. Those people specialize in this.

I think it might of been a cutting but not sure, it was acctaully grown on a sterile media of agar, and sent in a tube, so i think it isn't a cutting rather started with a seed since everything is sterile.

Did you pasteurize your soil before putting it in there? Putting something that has lived its whole life in sterility then putting it in unpasteurized medium may have done them in.
Pasteurizing keeps beneficial bacteria alive and may aid in your plants ability to grow while helping to fight off bacteria that cause rot and kills bugs eggs that live off roots.

Good point, i didn't lol, but i actually thought of that but i was like fuck it since the guy told me its ok just put it into coir or peat.
But it was actually doing pretty well, it was growing super fast, but then the leaves started molding, now hopefully it'll stop molding since i cut off all the bad parts, i also see a new leave popping out, lets hope for the best
