You don't. ... you print fresh spores on foil and place them in a desiccant chamber to rid the moisture. But it won't contaminate if one chooses to just fold it up straight away.

Depends on how much moisture your caps release. I've had prints that ended up like glue. White snot like shit made the foil so sticky I had to tear it. Never happened to me with cubes but it happened to all my oyster prints. I dried them for 24hours but apparently, it wasn't enough.
Spacechild is right, you should only use a fraction of a print for your syringe. If one side is more contaminated than another, all the syringes you make will be effectively fucked. Even sponsors pass out contaminated syringes and some of them go through extra lengths to make sure their prints and syringes are clean.

I took a lot a lot of prints on foil these came from the best I've grown in a outdoor monotub thick and heavy just beautiful.

I dont use damp rid chambers for anything, just let the print dry 24hrs after removing the cap. not letting the print dry is a sure way of letting any bacteria, mold and cube spore that's on the print.
I was just confused at first when you said fresher spores, can't see any other option for getting prints on foil than from a fresh cap.
