Qustions about Cube colonizing & more

Ok, can cubes colonize at high temperatures, like 95+ degrees? I know on the wild they do of course. My house is air conditioned(I live in Fl) and I am concerned they will do poorly colonizing inside. Also I have a plastic container that food came in with the snap on fitting type lid. Is that ok to seal it while colonizing? I know zero FAE is good wilst colonizing so I figures it probly ok. Last, I had some John Allen myc in the refrigerator for about 2 months, will that stll work? I have taken it out and am letting it warm up of course. If it doesn't its no huge deal anyways...

I'm in Fl as well, fruit and colonize inside man. If you fruit in high temps you're much more likely to get contams in your substrate. Also when fruiting in high temps, you're likely to get fast growing, lanky, hollow stemmed fruits. When fruiting in cooler temps, they tend to grow more slowly and dense. And you're right in not wanting FAE, but you do want GE, or your sub will likely stall and not fully colonize.

GE=Gas Exchange. And I can't say I have. Were you planning on doing an outdoor patch. Because if so I misunderstood, and of course it can be done down here. I thought you meant leaving your fruiting chamber outside. Either way though I'd colonize my spawn indoors at room temp, for sure.
This plastic food container, do you mean like a glad or tupperware container?

gotcha on the GE. Yeah, gonna colonize then im not sure if they are gonna be in or outside. I have so many different spores comin(I just went nuts) and I am only probly gonna do a PE grow inside for sure. Fuckin love PE, they are so crazy potent! And yes, it is sort of like Tupperware, just a cheap food container from the Chinese joint.
