I second Asia, lots of cool places to go explore there!
As a lifelong American citizen I should warn you parts of the states are crap so be careful if you come here.
I am lucky to live in a unique area with a strong counterculture.

the netherlands - my bff in highschool had dual citizenship and we actually looked into ways to get married after we turned 18 so I could get citizenship, but it was pretty impossible, gay marriage was legal in the nl, not in america yet, and it takes decades to naturalize - plus it's like unethical i guess, any super rich small country like monaco. I just really like the people and the culture.
idk I would live anywhere relatively safe if whatever was out there was intriguing or I had a good opportunity, but I trying to become a citizen is a totally different story. America is so big and multi-cultural that I think most western and many non-westernized people could find a place that they felt at home in if they could move to any city or town they desired. I would only apply to become a citizen somewhere else if I had lived there for years as an expat and felt established and at home.

Netherlands is probably the only country I'd leave America to go to

I'm moving to Australia sometime around the end of the year. Fuck this shitty island and fuck the city. I'm going to the countryside in the middle of nowhere to become a farmer for a while.

America is the only country I would voluntarily live in, although there are plenty of countries that are pleasant to travel to.

I'd probably be happy living in lots of places, though I don't see myself leaving Canada. Other places I'd consider: New Zealand, Australia, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Western USA, Uruguay, Germany, France, Spain

i've a friend who's traveled all over the world all her life, and she says the only country she'd consider moving to, away from the US, is Bhutan. Supposedly very environmentally progressive with largely uncorrupted government

Already moved to Berlin, Germany, and been here for almost 8 years...so if I were to move BACK to the USA it would be somewhere in or by San Francisco. I am originally from CT. If I had to move somewhere else in Europe, it would be the Flemsish speaking area of Belgium. I'm not super wild about Romance Languages.

Everyone is different some people are too used to western life and culture and some prefer to live somewhere peaceful and quiet. By the looks of that place it looks like a destination where backpacking hippies would go to not saying its bad but I would be bored living there for ages

Yeah Asia's amazing. I've visited Thailand,Cambodia,Vietnam,Malaysia,Indonesia,Japan and China all of them great except from Cambodia where there was only Angkor Wat to see and after that there was nothing else to do and there's no point in their nightlife when Thailand is right next door.

might want to reconsider that one. Being an Australia farmer is harsh... like really.... really... really... really hard. The suicide rate is really... really. really.... really... high. There literally one of the highest groups in teh country who commit sucide because if there crops fail they essentially irreparably fucked there life and their family in debt.
