First time coming out of bags

So I've had a successful in vitro grow in the past but wasn't able to do more because I had to move unexpectedly. Now several years later I'm trying again.
I used vendor grain bags for colonization. That all went well. Then I broke them up and spread them in a bulk substrate with a 60/40 coir casing layer. Here's where I'm at 5 days after casing. I had 3 going but one got cobweb mold 2 days ago. These are the other 2. The cup in the middle has a small aquarium heater in it that I had to turn on at night because temps were low. It also helps keep everything humid because it's very dry where I have to have them.
How's it looking?

myc is growing ok so far it seems, but i only have an issue with the tub set up. im not sure if youre going to get proper FAE with that tub the way its set up currently.
the myc itself is growing just fine so far though, and obviously no sign of contam yet. sides of the tub are showing a decent RH as well, but FAE over time will decide whether or not it stays that way!
good luck buddy!
edit - i also have no idea but that jar of water in the middle doesnt seem like the best idea lol. there are other ways of keeping heat and humidity where you need it. im sure others will chime in though.
-------------------- Current Grow Log ^^My first grow log <3^^ Wish me luck.

Thanks! Glad to hear it's looking good so far! I have a different place I can put them for fruiting where I can take the tops off the tubs so FAE shouldn't be a problem. I think my issue for fruiting will be maintaining humidity in my fruiting environment.

Oh come now, it can't be the noobiest. I was going to build a little fireplace with a chimney complete with a little bearskin rug to keep everything nice and toasty.
