Outdoor Cake
    #23354826 - 06/17/16 01:27 PM (7 years, 8 months ago)

I had buried a contaminated cake in a pot of soil outside, and to my surprise they are actually doing great! Should I water it? Are these fruits okay, even though it was a contaminated cake when I buried it? I'm sure they will be done before long.. I love mycology :havesomescience:

That's pretty sweet man!

I had absolutelty no idea that you could do this...

If you don't mind me asking, what made you bury it outside? Did you think the cake came to the end of it's cycle? My cake has a way of suprising me too. I always think 'this is going to be the last flush' and it just keeps on giving.

Nice work brother :tongue2:

Do you water them daily? Or let them do their thing?

I am disappointed. I saw the title and thought someone did a laundry basket type grow except without the basket.

Just one giant ass outdoor cake.

Can I mix old sub with manure in a pot and place outside. Or just bury the sub with a casing layer over it?

I would mix it with potting soil and maybe a thin top layer of some sort of casing which also can be potting soil
