Blue spots appearing after a week at 100% colonization. Mold or dehydration?

These jars have been colonizing for weeks, and at first were all white. Now, as I'm about to birth them, I've noticed some light blue spots. I'm not sure if it's mold or dehydration.
There are also some dark brown specks at the bottom of some of the jars. Small and amber colored. Are those metabolites?

I'd toss it and I don't have much experience, but see if a TC comes by with something more.

I've birthed a couple of them to see what happens. They are light blue around where the top vermiculite layer was. I couldn't get any of the blue to come off on a cotton swab. I'm still unsure if this is contamination or not. I will keep updating.

The cakes are back to fully white after a couple of days in the terrarium. Some of the other jars seem to be getting a little cloudy, and some of the caps on the small fruits that are now growing have some white specs on them that rub off. Perhaps there is some cobweb mold. I will post pictures as growth continues.
