Newbie mushroom please help ID!

Blueing sheen on small caps and some blue on edge of other caps and stems. Found in dank Dunedin NZ soil

They defiantly contain psilocybin. I'm not familiar with all of the NZ psilocybin mushrooms... But they sure look like Psilocybe subaeruginosa and probably are.

Is that confirmation these are subs? Can I ask why theyd look so different from typical subs? Would anyone be able to tell me how I should ID these myself? I'd rather be able to fish than be given a fish yaknow thanks xD

Notice how firm the stems are on your subs. In the field, when I see a suspected sub, first thing I do is best the stem.
If the mushroom looks like a sub and the stem is very firm you can be confident it's a sub.
Best to do further tests such as look for blueing and take a spore print to be sure.
