So if occurrences of rape, sexual assault, robbery, home invasions, physical assault, and murder by stabbing went higher, you could be OK with that if gun deaths went lower?
The only countries that have these problems in high numbers are 3rd world countries. If this is the reason for keeping guns, then sorry to say but America has some real deep fucking problems.

So as long as these crimes with real victims don't meet your standard of "high numbers", those people don't deserve a gun to protect themselves?
Again, gun deaths are more important by your line of reasoning than higher occurrences of rape, sexual assault, robbery, home invasions, and murder as long it doesn't go into "high numbers".

In reading thru a bunch of cases, especially Miller and looking at some numbers. I'm gonna have to admit I'm seeing it more and more luvdemshrooms n enlils way. The percentages in taking pop size in account and the wording of the miller decision kind of settle it for me.
I am bummed in the consistency of the argument tho. If applying the same gusto to speech we wouldn't have this fcc bullshit. And the list of things could go on.
edit: I took the same approach to CU enlil, you should return to that thread.
