Make sure your perlite is damp. If it's dried out, then the circulation slows down.
How sure are you of your contam identification?
After this grow, make sure you clean everything real well including SGFC and perlite. I don't usually recommend it, but in your case I would rinse the perlite and clean the SGFC with a 10% bleach solution. Let it sit for an hour or so and then rinse real well. If you do this and still have the same problem, then it's likely your contamination is coming from your cakes or inoculum.
I guess I can't say im.100% sure that it's tolassi. the it's it's pseudomonas of some.sort.

also the holes are not in a 2" by 2" grid pattern as a correct SGFC is designed
That could benefit you greatly

the holes appear to be good enough. if you look at it in a different way, it kinda looks like it is still almost a grid, just slanted diagonally. so instead of squares, it is like diamonds. I doubt the actual holes themselves are the problem at this point.

the holes are 2" apart , maybe not a "square grid" but a diamond grid is what I was going for. which is essentially the same thing.

I agree there are enough holes. The chamber is just not being run properly.

word thanks for the help fellers. I'll figure out a different area for the FC to allow more space on all sides. I be that's the main issue, then I can resume misting more often. I harvested a bunch of small shrooms yesterday an today they had minor blotching so I'll still use them, one fruit came up on a coir and verm tray with 0 signs of blotch an it's a bit bigger. seems these cakes are prone to the bacteria. my cakes did sit in the jar s for a bit to long aswell and had some yellowing goin on.
