Habitat:
Found growing in a herb garden around coriander and basil. Growing in bark. Unsure of any ferts etc

Gills:
See photos

Stem:
not short, but not lanky, depended on cap size, white

Cap:
Diameter ranges from 5-30mm, color is a tan/brown cap with white stem, conical when smaller but larger ones are flatter

Spore print color:
Don't know how to do this

Bruising:
Some blueish some more a black bruising, wherever I pinched on stem and around lip
Of cap unless I squished the cap in which case the 2nd lot bruised black

Other information:
Found in bark of herb garden, all looking the same, first lot picked 2-3days after first frost, left a couple babies there. Back 5 days later and some more have grown. Was careful to break shrooms 2/3 of stem to leave base in bark.

Pretty sure these are ok but always better to be safe than sorry right!?

The photos are quite yellow. The big mushrooms all look like subs. Not sure what is bunched in the corner.

The white balance is really far off in your photos, so everything looks yellow, which makes it a little difficult to properly look at the mushroom's colour.

Having said that, I'm pretty sure those are P. subaeruginosa based off of the bruising. Still though, if possible would you mind taking some photos on a white piece of paper in natural light? Also, what are those mushrooms on the bottom right? Are they meant to be subs as well? Are they dried? They look a little gnarly. If you've identified them fresh, they're good to go, but they'll be very difficult to identify as-is.

By the way, you don't want to cut the mushroom off two-thirds down the stem - you want to cut it off at the very base, but ideally without disturbing the mycelium. Mushrooms are to apples what mycelium is to the apple tree. If you only harvested two-thirds of each apple, it would be a little strange, right? You clearly have the right idea though.
