you want to remove "assault rifles" from the people then you (anyone) should be fighting to change the constitution, not create unconstitutional laws.
"Assault rifles" are not protected by the second amendment. You, or others, may not share that opinion, but when it comes those decisions, it is the courts' opinions that set the rules. Courts have repeatedly upheld assault weapons bans. These weapons have been banned on a federal level without a successful challenge. Just this week, the Supreme Court's let stand the appeals court decision upholding New York and Connecticut's ban.

That's not my view. That is case law

The federal govt cannot legally ban assault weapons, individual states can, what part of "states rights" do you not understand?

I'm not going to even attempt to argue with you on this point. You're just wrong.
Actually, I'm really curious where you would get an idea like that. I mean, what's your logic?

After watching hours of the Orlando gay club shootings I really think that was fake.. I mean seriously look up the reviews for the top surgery MD's that dealt with all the victims, their profiles were made like a week before the shooting and have zero reviews, pretty odd to me.. What about how shitty most of the acting was for the victims family members that were interviewed.

It's called the constitution, I know that we really don't follow it much anymore but it's supposed to be the law of the land, that's why I added "LEGALLY" to my post, the constitution is supposed limit the power of the federal govt, even though they routinely ignore and/or violate it...

Idk just spend an hour watching a couple of these videos. Yes I think these mass shootings often are faked, I feel they're used to fluctuate the market and profit from the ammo and gun price increase when everyone freaks out about them possibly being banned. Not all of them, but the majority of them..

it's a good thing that an AR-15 is not an 'assault rifle' and while the courts have upheld assault weapons bans they've also shot down assault weapons bans and no koods, assault weapons are not banned on a federal level. you once again have no basic understanding of the laws or the guns

so you're a conspiracy theorist that believes anything a video on youtube tells you to believe as long as it goes against the official story
