it's the marksmen qualification badge. You can score expert on it it's like 27/30 or something I can't remember it's been a while

find a rental range, explain to them what you're objective is and they'll

90% of accuracy is in the shooter, I can put a $4000 precision rifle in your hands but if you cant shoot you wont hit shit and as I stated before, on a good day i can get 4 inch groups with my match master at 100. and I'm sure you're going to say no one can hit a 4" target with a pistol at 100 yards

B. Accidents happen even with proper safety precautions
C. Unless there's some reason for it I'm not aware of, it was totally preventable by using dummy rounds instead of live ammunition
