I think Joe is a pretty good dude, especially since he has a lot of awesome people come and talk on his podcasts (ones with Bill Bur, Dennis Mckenna, and Graham Hancock come to mind).
For the most part I think people either love him or hate him. There is rarely any middle ground.

I don't hate him. As I said, I think he's great for people that are trying to get into these things and have difficulties sitting through speakers like McKenna. But what do I personally think of him? I think he's bland and annoying.
I'd say that's pretty middle ground. I only went on a rant earlier because someone said the only reason people like McKenna is because of the way he looks  which is ignorant as fuck to imply.

Hes also got a world class spinning back kick
And he was a Tae Kwan Do champion
Hes also a skilled Archer, Pool player and Hunter.
When you add it all up , he is a pretty remarkable person with a lot more talents and skills and passions then most people.

Hunting is FAR more humane than eating factory farmed meat.
Being vegan and hunting have something in common- they both drastically reduce the suffering caused to animals compared to an average meat eater.

Oh well I wasn't talking about you specifically I was just talking about in general people kind of consider McKenna's ideas "nutty" and far fetched but I don't think they are at all. To me he just seems to be someone who can look at this life through a timeless and not so humanized perspective. I think everyone who considers his ideas far fetched are too conditioned and are trying too hard to create a baseline and a ground to stand on but really we as humans know nothing and at the end of the day his theories and ideas are no more "far fetched" than everyday "reality".
