I'm about 60% joking here, but sadly only 60%
BC doesn't have so many fat people so maybe if I lived in a different area I'd get more used to the idea I dunno

Your answer is in my posts. Nobody keeps it off who has gotten so big as I do because thats well beyond the point where the body tries to restore the obesity at all cost for years after you lost the weight.
1 in 1290 keeps it off, in males beyond BMI 40.
No they are not weaklings or ill informed, not all of them.
Diet and exercise DOES NOT WORK. It gets the weight off but 5 years after you lose the weight your ghrelin and leptin are still almost knocked out, and you dont know what it means because you prefer a 5 second common sense solution over a lifetime of looking at science and every possible way to beat this thing.
It requires a cure that restores ghrelin and leptin , normalizes insulin resistance and then liposuction when you are a normal weight to reduce the excess number of fat cells.
Being obese is a symptom, not an affliction. Its a symptom of having advanced metabolic syndrome (look that up), advanced metabolic syndrome is incurable and is caused by having had too high fructose concentrations in the diet.
There are obese 8 month olds and even obese newborns now. Lazy fuckers right? Lying around without cardio, obviously their willpower.
Meanwhile I spent a year exercising in the pool regularly, 12-24 hours a week in continuous motion, and I didnt lose exactly one gram of weight by all this exercise until I adjusted my diet. Its in the food, exercise doesnt slim you.

Ghrelin and leptin are pretty much only responsible for sending hunger signals, right? So you're saying no matter what you eat once you've lost weight you'll always feel hungry until you start eating enough to put the weight back on?
In a more complex way than that, yes but theres so much more than hunger to it or more than 1 in 1290 would still succeed because, fat people really arent that weak willed you know. Lugging that weight around in the face of pre civil rights era strength hatefulness. Look at this thread and the liberty even some of the most otherwise kind people take in expressing, well, no nice way to say it, utter disgust and blame towards physically unbalanced unhappy people for being unable to help themselves, stating the utter disgust for their bodies and minds. Thats bad stuff man. So see, we all got some work to do in some way or other.
Most of you are Americans so, statistically, most of you will get some of the ole buddha belly in life. Nooo not meee never, I would never allow that.. Uhuh. I'll meet you in Poland baby. Life is ironic like that. Its so ironic that maybe some of the loudest opposers here are already adorably chubby, or have a similarly endowed girlfriend. A whole lotta Rosie. Its all different when the shoe is on the other foot.
Sanguin3, I'm glad that this Ghrelin/Leptin/Insulin story and my call not for a pill that slims the pounds but a hormonal pill that reverts cell metabolism once the weight is off is intrigueing to you.
I'm goig to let a professor give you a lecture, A lecture I took too and really, THIS is what made me lose in excess of 10 lbs in a short time with little effort. This is something endorsed by the American Heart Association even though many other orgs obstruct or counteract the controversial message, because its against the selfinterests of one of the biggest industries of the country.
The University of California is backing this by putting it on youtube under their offical name. One of the world's largest investment banks Credit Suisse advises its investors to bank on this knowledge
Watch this and be blown away by the new paradigm. With this you have everything you need to give an obese friend empathic, factually helpful diet advice.
<-- you will see the perfect irony of this graemin soon.

My wife and I ate at a nude restaurant in Holland. It was a very strange experience walking up the bar and ordering drinks buck naked.
Lots of fat people there though. If they ban fat people from the nude beaches and restaurants they would lose a huge amount of business.
But Japanese people tend to be less obese .
