1 - 2) Cortinarius
3) From left to right, top row:  Cortinarius, Psilocybe subaeruginosa, Galerina, Mycena, Cortinarius, Leratiomyces erythrocephalus.

Bottom row:  Perhaps Psilocybe subaeruginosa, Mycena or Entoloma, maybe with some Psathyrella and Inocybe, Galerina marginata (deadly poisonous).

Pictures 1 and 2 are a Cortinarius sp.(inski will tell you which maybe) and the Blue that you see is their natural colour and not bruising. These could be toxic and you should not eat them.

Picture 3 is a mixed collection of some cool fungi. I see 2 specimens of P. subaeruginosa in that picture. On the left hand side, under the upper right hand mushrooms, the ones with Blue staining on the stems. Separate those 2 and take some pictures of them. I'd circle them but I cannot be bothered, someone else want to...

Hey thanks for ID, Cortinarius is not to be eaten correct? They were growing from soil and do appear blue, could it be something psilosybe? Thanks

That's correct.

Not even a slight chance. They're Cortinarius.

Reorganized and labelled, 1-9 are subs? I can't see blue on the stems. Could any from 12-20 be marakoe? Thanks

21 and 22 I think are subs. Closer pictures to confirm this.

12-20 are a mixed collection. None are P. makarorae

1-9 are Galerina. TOXIC.

Closer picture of 25 please. Looks close but too hard to be certain.

Numbers 1 and 2 are P. subaeruginosa. All the others are not active mushrooms.

Thanks for working with me and taking the extra pictures.

1 - 2) Psilocybe subaeruginosa
3) Deconica
4) Mycena
5) Cortinarius
6) This is the coolest mushroom you found, some kind of secotioid thing.  Would be interesting to see the spores under a microscope at 1000x, and of course DNA sequences.

The Leratiomyces erythrocephalus you got is cool too, you should put those in a water bottle and shake well, then dump the water on wood chips in your garden to cultivate more.

Looks like a blueing Psilocybe however please click here and select ID request from the categories, and it will generate a form. That link is also on the forum homepage, just above the list of threads.

As stated, that isnt blue bruising. Its a natural blue tint to that specific species. Not good to go
